Healthy Extreme Gamer

Do you feel that when you aim the head,but you shoot the legs???
Do you feel that you hit the right button,but you not???
Do you feel like the screen is diming but it is not???
If you got one or 2 or all the symptom then your are diagnose for unhealthy gaming life style


So what are the cause of this unhealthy gaming lifestyle??


  1. Your are playing with the game 4 hours straight without a rest. The result is you will have a tired eyes and less concentration which effect in aiming your enemy. :S 
  2. Your are not sitting well while playing games or you are laying down. This will reduce your breathing rate   that will reduce the oxygen content in your blood. Put it in a simple way,less oxygen less concentration.
  3. Because your to busy playing game, you forget to eat..!! skipping your meal will effect your body work,all of it will give you negative effect, thus reducing your playing performance.
  4. Playing in dark and in a very closed place without a good air ventilation is not a good way to feel Dark Force of becoming Overlord. It will damage your eye you and dehydration( because the room become hot due to the heat from the computer)  
Those are some of the main reason for the cause of unhealthy gaming lifestyle. Thus to prevent it you should :


  1. Take a rest every 1 hour 
  2. Sitting upright and not laying down
  3. Don't skip your meal 
  4. Play in a area that have good lighting and ventilation  
If you keep the extreme healthy gaming lifestyle, it is not impossible for you to become a Pro in your game.
