So what are the cause of this unhealthy gaming lifestyle??

1. Your are playing with the game 4 hours straight without a rest. The result is you will have a tired eyes and less concentration which effect in aiming your enemy. :S 
2. Your are not sitting well while playing games or you are laying down. This will reduce your breathing rate   that will reduce the oxygen content in your blood. Put it in a simple way,less oxygen less concentration.
3. Because your to busy playing game, you forget to eat..!! skipping your meal will effect your body work,all of it will give you negative effect, thus reducing your playing performance.
4. Playing in dark and in a very closed place without a good air ventilation is not a good way to feel Dark Force of becoming Overlord. It will damage your eye you and dehydration( because the room become hot due to the heat from the computer)  

Those are some of the main reason for the cause of unhealthy gaming lifestyle. Thus to prevent it you should :

1. Take a rest every 1 hour 
2. Sitting upright and not laying down
3. Don't skip your meal 
4. Play in a area that have good lighting and ventilation  

If you keep the extreme healthy gaming lifestyle, it is not impossible for you to become a Pro in your game.

With the available of many  gaming pc now day, Pc games evolve and become part off household entertainment that is affordable. As years gone, pc games have become equal to gaming console and become one of the choice for digital entertainment.

Soul Calibur V

The 5th series of the famous Soul Calibur series is bringing the excitement of art of weapon combat to the new level with new character and lot more action to clear the thirst for gamer with high that thirst for brute and powerful fight.This series new attraction is the introduction of the guest character,  Ezio Auditore da Firenze from the Assassin's Creed series. Bringing this character in this series are sure heighten up the fight against other character with the deadly assassin combat.So far 22 character have been conform in this series.
